For all others. Find yourself buyer and seller if u wish to. I can confirm one holding ICN amount with "yes/no". I will act as escrow. That is for selling entire accounts. Technically I will just swap emails and release the escrow. No fee charged. I prefer to have some extra work than have this thread full of crybabies when we pull right decisions.
Does this work for bounty hunters without investments too? If yes, you might be flooded with request from those bounty abusers which most of them did in this thread
I don't think there would be many icn selling requests by bounty hunters.
First thing is that, this information is only available on Bitcointalk. So only a few bounty hunters may be knowing it. You know, how difficult it is to locate useful posts in around 430 pages of bitcointalk.
Second thing would be that, a typical bounty hunter would only have a few hundred icns.
Third, bounty hunters who have read bitcointalk, must have realised that the token would be much more valuable in future.
