For ICNX is it going to be tradable like any other token? Therefore will be pumping and dumping or do you litterally buy it and see profit coming back? I cant get a clear understanding of this.

I have analyzed ICN price trends, volumes, history of trades and etc. It is sure (not prediction, just fact) that pump is coming. It will push the price around 0.0018-0.0021. I can not predict correction after the pump.

i think Jani mentioned yesterday that they will get approval sooner or later but he cannot predict timing. so it is probably about time but as usual many are against progress so you have to get through this "traditional" thinking
