I have a couple of questions about these data points in your ANN:


What is the Total Supply of this token?
What happens to the other 97.8% of tokens after the ICO is complete?

We can calculate the Total Supply using the info provided in the ANN:

Nice question. First of all, we will implement Ingeniciel in France. After that, in Europe and in countries/governments which want to get/test the service in their healthcare centers. I talked about that in many political/health conferences, that was a nice subject to discuss and I went back home with a lot of positive feedbacks.

In the past, we have setup an ICO from November 2017 to January 2017. We chose a prestator that seemed legit, but he was not.
After the ICO, in the end of April 2018 (after a long investigation), we discovered that our ICO prestator ran away with the money and did not answer anymore.
So we have refunded all our investors (and give them our deep apologizes), and decided after this issue we are going to host our ICO on our proper website. More than we moved into Ethereum Blockchain, so INGCL tokens are ERC20 compliant, and may be stored in a MEW wallet.
