I have the sync problems too. I have to restart the wallet everyday, and hence I'm not able to stake
It was ok when I download the latest version on 14th March, but now when I tried to recheck it is not syncing, it is stuck at 2hrs.
What could be the problem and solution for it?

I am pretty much in the same situation. I have to restart the wallet (and start the masternode), as it falls out of sync daily. At times, the wallet is synced, however, the masternode of off and the wallet still needs a restart to start the masternode again

The wallet is fine now for me. Yesterday and just now I checked it synced perfectly fast enough, so it seems the blocks are moving now.
If both of your problems still persist then keep the wallet open as long as possible till it syncs properly. This is an easy solution I can give but if there is any tech issue then wait for an answer from a tech guy.

How are people suppose to earn these 10x rewards if the wallet isn't syncing? Wouldn't it be better and fair for everyone if the sync issue was resolved first before offering this? Only those with a working wallet will be able to take advantage of this, seems unfair.
Are you sure you are on the right chain? What is your last block?
You may want to try with this config file: INSaNe.conf (put in the same directory where wallet.dat is located)

Currently my INSNs are in Coinomi wallet and I hope it is safe there.

My wallet is not sync. where can I see issu?
Is anyone else having issues with an out of sync wallet or am I the only one? Everything was working fine and I was receiving stakes normally a little over a day ago. Oddly, something went insane.

Now I have checked it is showing 2 days behind... As Bittzy said blocks are not moving.

Somebody else also reported that sync issue. I didn't experienced it, but it is confirmed problem.
There will be probably a non-mandatory update to fix it in very short time.

I'm on the latest wallet version and my wallet was working fine yesterday. Today I noticed it is out of sync and stuck on block 47423. Anyone have any idea what's wrong? On the explorer, it looks like the blockchain is working fine.
