Because those without ownership of artificial intelligence are those who will be at a disadvantage.
Is the project just a hypothesis?
No it is not, it is just as real as the artificial intelligence that is now in self-driving cars and in the speech recognition on your phone.
What is in it for Token holders?
Access to the Intuition Fabric gives them access to the AI capabilities. In addition to that, privacy for users of the system.
Problem: elysium like future (polarization of wealth worsen)

Target audience proposal:
Eastern European e.g Russian,Indians - have brains no incentives $ (maybe patriotic citizens who sick are sick of contributing to their former colonial masters or bullies like united states - not trying to be political but "what's a nation without borders?" - trump)
non elites who are seeing their income shrinks as those who owns capital are getting too much incentives for providing minimal service
