Previous work is not the most important information that the employer wants to know. You can be a bad specialist, or non-punctual or even with some negative qualities, but have many entries in your resume.

Not everyone understands that this is not the abolition of the old system (with a resume, etc.) but an exit to a higher level of transparency and relevance of the data.
