I don't understand - Are devs waiting for masternode holders will selling his coin and price will be more cheaper? For 1 days coin lost 30-40% at market because no masternode payments. Vivo with reward 10coins per block cost 70k sat. KSZ with reward 4.5 coins per block cost 15k sat. because you provide stupid politics. If u implement masternode reward from start or from 4500 block and write it in ANN then its must work. Else your words cost nothing.
Miners just dump coins. And you do all as you can to lost investors.

Please be calm. We are looking for long-run of our project. And want to repeat again.
1 We planned to finish all tests and technical add-ons by November,16.
2 We are testing two different protocols these days that will help eliminate risk of the network unplanned forks. Network stability is a priority.
So at any moment it can be enforced and we will announce it. Just we create all conditions for network not having forks (it will only damage the pools that refuse to setup proper software - their blocks can convert to orphans). So we do care about MN holders. And still they are gaining their interest now.
3 As for threats to dump - there is no point. First of all we are stable long-run project. We are not ICO's collecting hundreds of millions and disappearing like Tezos. We use oun budget and reserve, also we have reserve to buy-back coins if someone decides to dump-it, no problem at all. Also we do not want to pump it, our aim is to keep stable price higher than 3.00, but it can be much higher on open market with high volumes. Becuse the coins are mined very hard now and they have value. We created this project for real regional infrustructure, and not with the single target to create MNs. Also we do not recomend You to expect extra income from MN. When we get 300 MNS by end of year in the network the estimate income will go down to 18% per annum in KZC, and still it is good enough for medium-term investors. So if there is a SMALL group of investors willing to get extra profit in few days and they threat us to dump - let it happen, it is a natural process, we are ready for it. For those looking long-run, please never mind.
Market fluctuations are normal. We are not scared of dump. We would rather be worried of possible pump.
4 If we promissed to setup all properly it will be delivered, enforcement we can turn-on in any moment, and we ANNOUNCED in due time yesterday what we need to do. We have to eliminate other risks as well and have the solutions in test already.
