He also was Managing Director in Alfa-Bank, where he was leading HFT and Quantitative Analytics department;  Global Head of Interest Rates Algorithmic Trading Quantitative Analytics in RBS (Royal Bank of Scotland); Executive director in UBS, Credit Agricole CIB....

They need to improve support section's performance the sooner they take steps in this regard the better it will be for the name sake of their exchange. Clients should be top priority for any business as long as they remain priority businesses keep growing. Exchanges in crypto should remain issue free because here rumors bring huge damage. In past too people have reported issue in this thread which should be taken seriously.

I'm sure the person that contacted you on telegram isn't one of the officials. You should know that there are scammers on telegram that are always trying to seize any opportunity they see when people complain about transactions. A real admin will never PM you first.

It seems you just got scammed by an impersonator, because a normal conversation for listing a coin shouldn't look like this. BTW, I don't think there's something like generating an activation code for listing a token. Lol.
Also, Latoken listing fee is more 500$

We've submited the listing application in 8th of February. We had a conversationg with Latoken representative by email (all details will provided later). We've verified details and Latoken support confirms that this person is representative of latoken. We've paid 1.5 btc for the listing. We've wait about one month, when our patience is over we describe the situation in latoken official telegram group https://t.me/latoken
Official representative @LATOKEN_CS has contacted us directly by private chat. He said everything is fine and they will list it asap. After that he asked a very strange thing:

It was very strange, but as it was described that "your deposit will be sent back to you immediately" we've sent the funds.

Next day the support said:

Now the system requires an activation code generated for you to complete the listing process and to process the refunding processing

But we need you to make a deposit again
But all your deposit will be sent back to you immediately

We will announce your coin  immediately your listing process is completed

The activation code deposit is 200$ worth of btc
And all your total funds of 700$ worth of btc will be sent back to you fully immediately your listing process is completed

When I said that it's all sounds like a scam and I'll post this info in bitcointalk, received the following response:

You only need to have your activation code generated and everything will be fine

It seem like the Latoken exchange is scam for now.

Latoken is showing good small rally today but over 90% of its volume is coming from its native exchange. I don't say here anything except it isn't very popular on external exchanges yet. Where the token is listed besides home exchange are providing liquidity to other markets and show good volume only in bullish markets for any kind of market. They need to expand external exchanges easy by easy.

Yes, after the crowdsale most of the team members are active in telegram, even not only LAToken there are many other potential companies doing something and team members are active in their concerned telegrams for quick answers.

What you say is true compared to here on the telegram we can get faster answers because there the team seems to be always active so we don't need to hesitate anymore

yes I know it is a little annoying but I hope that it will not happen again, but I always think positively about their site may not have enough teams to solve every problem from other users, so the ticket piles up in it, so I hope in the future front they can respond quickly to problems from their users

they say support services work 24/7. strange if there is no response. I might have never had a problem with this exchange but seeing the number of people who made threads about the problem of withdrawing on latoken I started thinking this wasn't good.

Hi, I see that most of post-ICO tokens are firstly listed on LaToken. So, I think that it is because you have the lowest fees for exchange listing, right? Could you kindly provide how much does it cost to list token on your platform?
