Telegram will not resolve opened tickets. I already discussed there. Usual words "I will pass this to team" I simple warned to be very cautious with this exchange. As account becomes suspended for nothing and nobody is solving this.
I also experienced this yesterday but unlike people say here it looks strange also with a newbie account saying that latoken services are not good, I have made several tickets and they serve it well even though I have waited up to 3 days I think they work professionally even My suspended account problem has been solved, I also don't defend this latoken site. I think everything returns to trust

I think that many ICOs are not ready to pay a lot of money to top exchanges and therefore they convince their investors that Latoken is a good exchange (I think that listing is not expensive or free). All traders see that there are fake volumes on this exchange. And I think that many people do not want to work with these exchanges because Kyc needs to pass if you want to withdraw more than 1000 dollars.
yes I agree with you LAToken is on 26 The biggest market according to coinmarketcap, but every new token that list there doesn't have volume, this is very confusing so what you say about fake volume is reality

Telegram is the right place to contact with them and get response on time and much quicker in this thread they are not active. It is useless to post in this post and wait for the answer for long time it seems they don't have dedicated community manager to give response on time.

My account in Latoken is suspended since 12-Dec-2018. In 01-Jan-2019 I found it out and created a support ticket. They answered that I need to read rules of Latoken exchange and that explanation will be sent later. Week later I openened another ticket - still the same. Untill 17-Jan-2019 I have not received any explanation why account was suspended. Only reason I can imagine is the last trade - I bought and sold small amounts of RMT. That is because of Airdrop which was less then minimal sale.
Most bad about it was that no e-mail was sent of account being suspended on 12-Dec-2018. I found it out myself. And if account was suspended than reason should be recorded somewhere to present customer. So to me it looks bad customer service. I would like to say worst I have seen.

don't put your money in the LATOKEN market because the LATOKEN team can't work properly .....
Reach out to the LATOKEN reps on LinkedIn. They have been very responsive to me... probably because they are trying to get me to list a token there but still. They are active and responsive on LinkedIn at least. I couldnt speak for anywhere else.
LAToken exchange's representative is not active here anymore. If the purpose of these posts with unresolved issues is to aware others with what's going on that is appreciable. If you are trying to reach support or seeking help via this forum then that is not good place. Few post above mine someone has also indicated reaching out to support using correct channel may make things faster. I never used this exchange or any newly launched and prefer to stay with old tested exchanges.

La Token should keep support service section as better as possible. We have seen in past many exchanges went down just because they were not caring of this section. This support section is soul for any business and for crypto exchanges specially.

yes that's right, I made a deposit to the correct address. they said wait 10 minutes to 2 hours. after 3 hours I only see my funds coming out of my deposit address but not in my account. they only say rubbish and can't do servants well. I am now afraid to invest again in latoken. I'm afraid my money will disappear again.
I also deposit my money into the LATOKEN market ...
but for 1 week my money is still not in the LATOKEN market ....
and Stop depositing to LATOKEN and immediately save your money ...
because the LATOKEN technology team can't work properly ...

I have bought LA tokens just because I saw potential in this exchange earlier and growing volume is showing good results. But when I see this kind of feedback from people that is really not letting you feel good as holder of tokens. We can't prevent issues whether it is with deposit or withdrawal but best customer support make you easy to cross the waiting period. This complain is actually against their poor customer care that is not good at all.
In fact, this exchange is not very good. The directors of this exchange are Russians and I have not seen a single good Russian exchange. All fraudulent (yobit/wex). Latoken makes a fake volume of 99.9% tokens. I do not think that the daily trading volume of this exchange is more than 70 million dollars. If I open the market history, I will see such bargaining.

A deposit or a withdrawal? Many exchanges do not allow you to set the network Commission and use a minimum fee's. And also use a large number of transaction confirmations - they say that to protect against the attack of 51% on the coin.
