Thanks Jason. We are committed to a honest swap and smooth transition into the new eco-friendly Levitate.
So far it seems to go very good.
The Levitate Team is putting in a lot of time and energy, which we invest happily for all who support Levitate and value our efforts.

Something the developer does not make us happy with news approaching 10.000 block, current "blocks": 8604.

Looks like about the time when swap ends, fair.

The good news is the blocks are being found in a regular pace, eventhough there seems to be something wrong with the data for the diff and networkhash shown in the wallet.
We expect this to go away after block 10,000 too and if not, it will be fixed afterwards.

Minting zLVT isn't picking up yet, coins currently stay in minting with notification "Needs 1 more mint added to the network".
If everything goes according to plan, it will pick up after block 10,000

@Digithusiast, Thank you. I'll try to run my MN. I had to create a new one in the previous address. Some coins were blocked in Automint zLVT, I don’t understand how they mature there

Dev, there are already some dates for the end of the swap or it will last until finding 10,000 blocks and launching MN?

Please swap your old LVT for new LVT as soon as possible:

  • make a back-up of your old Levitate wallet
  • send an email stating the amount of old LVT you want to swap for new LVT to [email protected]
  • wait for our emailreply that gives you a personal LVT address where you have to send your old LVT to
  • send your old LVT to be swapped for new LVT to the walletaddress you received from us by email
  • once your Send transaction has been sent, close the old LVT wallet
  • if you use Windows: rename the Levitate folder in your Roaming folder to oldLevitate. If you use Linux or RPI, rename .levitate to oldlevitate
  • download the new Levitate wallet from https://levitatecoin.org/wallets
  • install the new wallet, copy a new walletaddress from your new wallet and send this new walletaddress in an emailreply to the email you received in step 3 above
  • you receive the new LVT in your new wallet.

It seems as of yesterday someone or some group is trying to mess with the new Levitate blockchain by throwing in enormous networkhashes. It would help if more users would run the new wallet, the more users the stronger the network gets. It is a sad thing some people are trying to mess things up. If your new wallet should stop synching at a certain block, close down the wallet, delete the peers.dat file and restart the wallet so it connects to the Levitate nodes again and kicks out any abusive peers.

The good news is that the new Levitate blockchain is up and running strong.
Despite the enormous change in difficulty and networkshash (it increased a staggering 10,000 times!) blocks are found in a regular pace.

I have a LVT for some MN, which is why it turned out as I understood it to be 10% by default and amounted to that amount after being sent to another wallet for the MN test.
In this example, I’m interested in the issue of managing the options initially stored in the wallet.

Masternodes successfully set up on Levitate coin's network.
It is a big achivement  for Levitate coin.
Masternode, in general, help to maintain network's health, and makes it stronger, better prevents replay attacks.
It's fact and one of the most advantages of masternodes.

@Daltonik That looks good, great job :-)
Please note your masternode will currently get you 0 block rewards at this time.
We will work out a guide for setting up Levitate MasterNodes, as probably not everyone knows how to set it up.

@vld

On the exchange there are only OLD Levitate coins.
You can contact us by email as described above, and we will provide you with a walletaddress where you can send your OLD coins to.
You can send your OLD coins directly from the exchange.

Please note it is NOT possible at this time to create a NEW Levitate walletaddress on the exchange!

So you will have to install the NEW Levitate wallet on your PC or laptop in order to create a NEW Levitate address where we can send you your NEW coins.
