We are extremely proud to announce that, since July 24th, 2022, our transition is complete: we are now SpiderByte ! Wallet is fully re-branded. We are officially homed in Singapore, with Paladin Software Development Pte. Ltd., established April 22nd, 2022. Thank you everyone who supported us !

As for us, re-brand was essential to get away from the Litecoin name. Exactly like a spider, SpiderByte is build over the lightest and strongest net, to provide the stability of a modern, green crypto-currency. People are naturally afraid of spiders, as they are of crypto-currency, but they shouldn't be. Once you get to know them, you'll see their amazing purpose.

SpiderByte max supply is 4 million coins, and the management team of PALADIN Software Development Pty. Ltd. will make sure this limit will never be increased.

Well it doesn't help that the seemingly the only "major" exchange its on which is CREX24 is very limited in people that can actually use its services. i.e. regions and certain country blackouts

LCP has great news for all its loyal community.
We have concluded that this coin deserve a better future.
For this reason we have decided to setup a non-profit organization, change the name of the coin into SpiderByte [SPB]
The blockchain will remain the same, so there is no rush in updating to the new rebranded wallet - either will work.

Litecoin Plus started as a POS clone of litecoin in May 11, 2014 - with 15% annual Proof of Stake.

It's was later updated to Scrypt Hybrid PoW/PoS.


With introduction of PALADIN 51 in early 2020, several blockchain parameters may be adjusted dynamically, by community vote, to sustain even more the growth of Litecoin Plus.

Is development going on?
I think LCP need more marketing.
It looks like it has a vision, but people think it's a Litecoin counterfeit and it seems to have a limit.
Negotiations with the Litecoin Foundation also seem ultimately necessary.

Is this a fork of Litecoin? What are the main differences from the original LTC coin? What are the benefits and plans for the near future?
