Since the project is focusing on sports and health activities this person from image should be some well known player of sports industry. This will be good endorsement for the project and will encourage lot of people seeing well known people joining this revolutionary project. That release of app is also inputting role in moving market upwards along with this news.

I don't think previous decline in market valuation was due to liquidation of those tokens which were given to people for participating in various promotional campaigns. That may have tiny part but main reason was market's negative performance which is turning to be favorable for altcoins market. By the way eyes are on tomorrow's update.

Does this also work the way that if you work out or are successful at sport then you get paid a reward in tokens that you can then take to make purchases?
Tokens will be rewarded by 3rd parties, i.e. your personal trainer, your friend, some businesses and so on. LYMs could be rewarded in several ways. Please read couple Medium posts to get a better idea, how you will earn/use tokens :

Lympo itself is not planning on rewarding users, except for very rare occasions (like Vilnius Marathon 2018).
You will be able to redeem tokens in our app marketplace, e.g. pay for fitness club, buy tees or shoes, etc.
Ok but what if there is unfair collaboration among people to extract as many tokens from the network as possible? Is that a potential threat?

Bounty list has been finalized and no changes will be made. Sorry. If you are not on the list already, there is no way to get on it. However, currently, we have infographics contest if you want to earn additional tokens. Please see this Medium post for more information:

I see this project has a great way to organize the distribution of prizes to bounty participants to keep the don't price down drastically in the future. A very good step my opinion
Lympo with his team have a good experience on my research well i think if we see on ETH we already up to 50% from price ICO but usd we have down. Don't forget Q2/Q3 Application about Lympo will change the health industryFor me, the price of this token will go up with over time because you can see for yourself all Altcoin increase again and Bitcoin prices back up even though not maximal.

Today I have got mail from Lympo. What will be happen on next 18 th April. Is there any clue. 
I really hope it is some partnership and not exchange. At least their awesome video implies it should not be an exchange. We need now more partners and/or real life usage. I really hope we shake off all doubters and only real supporters hold tokens. I know i am holding them and get those sweet equity shares later this year. Never owned any company shares so really excited to get some.
If some of you missed the "sneak peek" of 18th April news, here it is - post on Lympo's Medium. I am also looking forward to it! The team's hard work holds the price up even if the bounty token rewards are being distributed nowadays.
