Unfortunately, but I think this applies only to US citizens.
Is it only USA or China can't participate too?
Only United States and Syria citizens are forbidden from joining the sale.
I haven't come across information about Syria...in the end, it's only 2 countries on the list.
No one mentioned that the citizens of China can not participate...This is something new
