I have no insight into the second address you were wondering about.

It says BTC-DOPE and the bittrex orders don't really seem like the usual MCL ammounts.

don't know if it is in the works but when a new coin is added on bittrex (one just happened a few minutes ago) is it possible to be notified of what coin? or is that just not possible?
