It is certainly a very healthy amount of the total for sure. What would your suggestion be?
No, it's a lot comparing to other ICOs and will cause a big dump after the token hits exchanges.

Awesome, Wings is pretty cool and I'd really like to see MetaGold using it. I'd also prefer to use BTC than Eth to support you and I think I'm right that using Wings would make it easier for supporters to use their choice of currency.
