Why do you need your coin? You can use bitcoin. Create all these things on top of the bitcoin blockchain. It will be much safer, never happen "attack 51%" and there will be a huge number of developers.

We haven't provided the list of coins to be swapped yet. We will let the community know which ones are in the first block of swaps once we are done with the testing of the network and swap Website.

Finally the news everyone has been waiting for! This weekend (assuming no major issues arise) we will start the testing of the wallet with the participation of the community!

Finally the news everyone has been waiting for! This weekend (assuming no major issues arise) we will start the testing of the wallet with the participation of the community!
We will first begin with a 24-hour test done by the Core team. Then, we will release the wallet and all other relevant information for the community to test over the testnet. The duration will be 10 days from start. After that, the testnet will automatically shut down.
There will be a bug bounty for this testing phase, meaning, when those that help testing the wallet over the testnet, if bugs related to development are found and reported to the Merge Core team, that person will receive a reward of 100 MERGE per bug. If there are typos or non-dev related bugs found and reported to the Merge Core team, that person will receive 10 MERGE per bug. These rewards will be given to these individuals once the testnet is over and the official Merge wallet is released.
We know and appreciate everyone's patience. This is the moment we have all been waiting for! Thank you for your support and we look forward to your participation!

As you know our goal has been a direct fork of PIVX and not one copied from others known as a "copy and paste fork". We plan to develop many usecases, products, and applications based on this code so it needs to run properly without the "bugs" and other known problems.
Here is some great news! The wallet will be released very soon! We are in the final stage of development and testing on our part and the community will be given a chance to assist us in finishing up the testnet testing. Then the swaps will begin!
As we all eagerly await the release of the wallet, here are some testnet pics!

do you have a list of what coins can be swapped to merge? ... and when will the swap process start?
We cannot release the list of coins being swapped until the swap date and ratio are set. This is to prevent manipulation and keep it fair for everyone. https://kb.projectmerge.org/d/94-what-are-the-names-of-the-coins-you-are-swapping
What you can do is check to see if a coin is registered. Once a coin is registered we will look into offering that community a swap to Merge. You can check or signup a coin here https://www.projectmerge.org/signup It will tell you if a coin has been signed up already.
We are currently in testnet of the wallet and testing the swapsite. Once we are happy with the results of the wallet and the swapsite we will begin the swaps.

See-Saw is a Rewards Mechanism from PIVX: https://pivx.org/knowledge-base/see-saw-rewards-mechanism/
For PoW, we use Quark.
To avoid the confusion with the above, we will update our ANN to reflect this better.
