Some how the kHash/s goes to lowest (from 1000kHash to 0.5kHash) and then gradually go up to a few hundert. But the share value in ypool doesn't change so I assume it is just a glitch
On the linux build there's an issue with the average hash rate calculation. Long story short, because it calculates the average hash rate as "total hashes / total time", after a long enough period the value of "total hashes" overflows back to zero. It's just a graphical bug (you can check your shares/hour on yPool if you're not sure).
I just updated the github to fix it, so rebuild and you should be good to go.

A few people have had issues with transactions never receiving any confirmations. Has anyone else here experienced that? Does anyone know what might be causing it?
also get this problem on poloniex ... they give me another address and i could send the mtc there with confirmations... problem with addresses or wallet :S

What hash rates are you getting at these servers?
I have about 1100kHash/s on a 4930k (at 4.5GHz) with 11 treads.
I have about 1280kHash/s on a 980X (at 4.1GHz) with 11 treads.
For primecoins the 4930 is usually 50-70% higher than the 980X, but for some reason it is not so for Metiscoins..
1x CPU = 85 Khash
2x CPU = 160 Khash
4x CPU = 260 -300 Khash
