Do you have a genesis address? if so it should be fine, it worked for all of us and still working, if not then you won't be getting anything, it's only for genesis addresses.
If you tried to send MNE, then you need ETH in your account, meaning you'll have to buy it or mine it, I mined 0.2 just to do it.

Genesis addresses are the ones added by the dev into the minereum genesis block. If you were not here when address collection was open you are out from having a genesis address.

You can't simply convert your ethereum address to a minereum genesis address.

Your only option is to buy minereum when it will be avaible on exchanges, if you are interested.
