Couple quesions:
1. How can I order your card? "Cardholder name" field is inactive while the system require all fields to be filled.
2. Is it possible to send USD transaction via SWIFT to my Mistertango account? Or maybe it is possible to open USD account?

I advise you to contact their (really excellent and helpful) support team first before attempting to send USD to your MisterTango account. They might not allow a USD deposit or wire payment as mentioned on their price list:

https://mistertango.com/en/wp-content/uploads/Mistertango-pricelist.pdf

I guess the reason for this is that Lietuvos Bankas (the Lithuanian central bank) issued them a restricted license and not a full license to operate as a bank. As such, they are probably not allowed to do currency transactions.

Contact them and ask to be on the safe side.

PS.. my advice: instruct your bank to send the TT in Euros. Banks give you that choice. You send, say, USD 5000 and you will be given a choice for them to convert and send in Euros or you can send in USD and let the receiving bank convert it. If you choose to send in Euros, you will receive a TT quote which you can accept or decline.

From: https://bank.mistertango.com/page/identification

Identification is required if you want to send money. An exception applies if you send money back to you bank account and had never received any inward payment.

Does this mean identification is satisfied if I wire money to the account?

In Europe, we use SEPA in Euros only, and it's not easy to get an account using another currency than Euro. It is the standard protocol. Most of the banks don't let you receive something else without charging an outrageous fee. To give you an example I think my bank will charge me like $30 if I receive a transfer in USD/SWIFT
In my bank I usually recieve transfers in USD that are automaticaly transfered to my local currency on the offical rates (which is automaticaly transfered to any currency while paying with my card in the other country) or I can open a special account and store it in USD. But it seems like it is hard to fined something like that in EU.
P.S. I've sent a message to Mistertango  support some days ago and still haven't seen a respond.

0.005 btc deposit fee? Are you kidding !!??? It's over $20 at current rates!
I planned to use your service with your free debit card, instead of using bitcoin exchanges and then transferring fiat to bank account. But with such btc deposit fees, I can't afford to use your service. It's hard to call you as bitcoin friendly bank.

But trading has zero fee.

While the fee is indeed high, you should remember that many times for a bank wiretransfer one needs to pay up to $50, and even for many online payments 10% is not exactly unheard of.

As a little sidenote, it's kinda funny how one says $20K annually is worthless quota, whereas one says $20 fee is unbearable  Grin

The service looks good
BUT

why do you allow only 15,000euro monthly transactions
or worse
only 20,000Eur annually

how are we supposed to use the mastercard with such low limits?

THE GAME OF CHANCE. CHANGED.
Got my documents verified, but I am unable to order the card because the system says I have not filled in the questionnaire, even though I have. Then again the system didn't accept my password on the first try either, and for the verification I had to play around with a damn app (yes, I'm old enough to remember times when everything was done effectively, and not via apps just because it's hip to have it all done the hard way).

Maybe I'll try again in few days, because otherwise the concept looks fitting to me.

Hi.. Can anyone confirm the following: if I make a SEPA transfer from a MisterTango account to my own account at another EU bank, what will the destination bank see on the "sender" field of the transfer? I prefer that they see my name on it as there are less or almost no questions asked in that case. The MisterTango account is in my name. I just want to be sure it will not appear as "Sender: MisterTango".

Sender will be your name, as you registered and identified. It works like any SEPA transfer works.

Well, Mistertango operates under Lithuanian law and if the law says outdated ID document is not valid, don't think Mistertango alone could change here something.

Really man thank you so much, I couldn't guess it alone

If you took the time to read the topic, I was first asking if MisterTango is accepting ID cards like I was describing. Then @aesma replied to me that for example Italy wasn't aware of this and could turn French people around at the border. I then, in the discussion, replied to him that's it's not true and explained why. (There are no more borders in Europe since more than a decade by the way Cheesy)
In my last reply which you quoted I clearly said: "Since my previous post, I found that Lithuania is one of those countries refusing those outdated cards"
So trust me I can guess alone that MisterTango is not able to accept those cards

I know Mistertango since some time now. Good to see they finally decided to join Bitcointalk. Where were you all this time?  Cheesy
As you are here can I ask. Some French citizens have ID cards with expired date but the cards are still valids and legitimes. The Gov decided back in 2014 that the cards created before december 2013 will be still valid 5 more years. So a lot of us have a card with expired date on it for exemple 2013 june, but the card is valid until june 2018.
So my question is do you accept the case a french citizen with expired date on a card ? Fees are so cheap that I know a lot of people that will be very happy to use Mistertango as their main bank account

You can't expect foreign countries to accept out of date documents. In fact I looked it up as I often travel to Italy, a neighboring country of France, and I found out that Italy wasn't aware of this and could turn French people around at the border if they have only an out of date ID card. Following this I remade my card, and also keep a valid Passport on top.

The card is not really out of date... For example it's written 2014 but the card is valid up to 2019. And you are wrong there are several countries accepting those cards. And a lot that haven't give their position regarding accepting it or not... And since you mention Italy, I can tell you that you are wrong this country is one those countries accepting those French cards (source the French govt website and the Italy ministry foreign affairs website)

It's a legitimate company. I signed up and the card is on it's way.

They are registered with Lietuvos Bankas, the Bank of Lithuania which is the country's central bank:

https://www.lb.lt/en/sfi-financial-market-participants/mistertango-uab

And they have a licence to operate:

Mistertango has a flat 0.005 BTC fee for bitcoin deposits. That's more than 10 EUR based on current prices! Why not add a EUR based fee?

Mistertango is bitcoin friendly, but not bitcoin bank. They are using btc-exchange.com services and you posted their price.

CEO of both btc-exchange.com and Mistertango is the same and they are directly linked with each other.
