"If you want to buy or sell Bitcoin, you have to proceed person identification." but when I follow the provided link this is what I see https://mistertango.com/en/page/identification  404 PAGE IS NOT AVAILABLE

And of course I already verified my id when I opened the account.

I also got this message before I identified using the mobile app to scan the drivers license and a selfie while following a moving dot with the eyes. After that I could make a successful SEPA payment.
Did you identify using the mobile app?

It seems my account is locked or at least has some limitation.

I have the following issues in my account:

- When I try to send a SEPA transfer I always receive this message:

"You can not perform this action"

- When I try to buy bitcoin I always receive this message:

"If you want to buy or sell Bitcoin, you have to proceed person identification." but when I follow the provided link this is what I see https://mistertango.com/en/page/identification  404 PAGE IS NOT AVAILABLE

And of course I already verified my id when I opened the account.

So right now my funds are locked in Mistertango and I can't send them out or buy bitcoin. I never received any explanation for this.

I used my account to buy and sell on localbitcoins.

USE WITH CAUTION!! I'll update this as soon as I know anything.

I would like an explanation, if possible.
When I registered to Mistertango couple of days ago I also received the offer to order the card immediately so I did.
At the mobile app the card details were available this very day as well as the field to control the card and activate it when arrives. Today I checked the app and all card details are gone, like I have never ordered it. What happened in the meanwhile?

Can someone please tell me, when you send a SWIFT wire transfer from mistertango, what information does the receiving bank see?

Specifically, I am wondering if the wire transfer shows it being sent from the account holder's name or is it a shared account that just says "Mistertango" as the sender?

Hello, differential350,
our (btc-exchange.com) fees are quite different from the market.

our BTC deposit and withdrawall fee in BTC currency itself (sending/getting BTC) has a fee of 0.5%, but no less than 0.005 BTC. This is soon to be changed to be much more friendly for small BTC/BTC transactions.
Trading is free. And this is very, I mean very, rare among other exhanges.

Regards,
btc-exchange.com

I'm interested is it something changed regarding BTC deposit fee which would now be around 70$?In combination with high transaction network fee these days every deposit would have extra 100$ which user need to pay.For some large deposit it may have some sense, but for small deposit of few hundred $ is really too much.Since your MasterCard is 100% free to use and Visa is completely down for EU,your service could be interest many new users.

Deposit fee was lowered to 0.0025 BTC. It's still high, but much better than it was. But I think it would be better to have fixed deposit fee based in EUR,  because BTC price is too much volatile and when Bitcoib price rises, fee become more expensive.
Alongside their free MasterCard it's also worth to mention that trading on their service is also completely free without any fees.

Thank you for this info, even 0.0025 BTC is maybe to high, but it is much better than before and as you say all other service they offer is free for EU residents.I'll definitely try Mistertango service and see how it work and I hope MasterCard will not experience the same destiny as Visa cards.

Sounds nice.
But are these available worldwide? I'm talking about the card.
Or are they Wavecrest or something? Would love if they are different.

On their site with info about MasterCard is information "*EEA – European Economic Area (worldwide is coming)" so I think that card is only for EU now,but other services can be used outside of EU.

What is the usual time for debit card to arrive to recepient?
I also see people talking about different bitcoin deposit addresses but I can see only one (using mobile app) and it says that bitcoin balance will be converted to Euros immediately.

I hope arrive in 1 week.

It only shows on computer browser

Does this service offer a "bitcoin wallet" with ability to convert BTC-fiat on the fly only when needed?

I want to know to answer as well, planning to get a mistertango card, but still no idea how to send bitcoin to mistertango account as there is no such info on it.

Anyone?

EDIT: Okay, I just registered an acccount and saw the BTC → EUR bitcoin address on right top.

ok, but can you decide to keep BTC or they are converted as soon es you deposit them?

I read on a prior page that you get multiple BTC deposit addresses - one will convert to fiat immediately, another will let you keep your BTC as BTC on the exchange.

No so sure, and yet I found 2 ways of BTC deposit in account home page:-

No idea what is the difference, anyone can enlighten me?

Same question, whats the differente?

The BTC - EUR address will convert your BTC immediately, the Bitcoin address will let you deposit BTC and hold it as BTC until you sell it yourself.

Guys I would like to use mistertango to send EUR to bitstamp. The problem is that there doesn't seem to be anywhere for me to put a reference- bitstamp obviously requires a reference so that they know which account to credit.

There is a 'reason for the payment' field but I can't tell if this is just stored locally or is actually visible to the recipient.

Also someone on another thread said that each transfer made with mistertango includes 'sent from mistertango' which doesn't sound good to me.

TLDR Can I use mistertango to send EUR to bitstamp?

Seems like nice service and interesting , Which countries your service verification & Mastercard Delivery supports at the moment ? , i am still skeptical about your Authorization and Licensing as a Payment processor .
Who is your Mastercard Service Provider and their Licensing details , i see you do not have Phone support till now .
