change from 2 to 18

I am running v2.0.2 with this patch and I can mine.

I grepped the source tree for PREFIX and found it. obvious bug is obvious, but sleepy devs are sleepy.

Now fix those checkpoints (take those from v1.x version, or remove the offending checkpoints), and you're good to go.

I think something is not right.. I can disable address validation but not sure that is going to solve anything and might make more problems
