What percentage of the 40 MUE per block do the Masternodes get?

Just a heads up wrt the testing phase of the new code for migration to X11 & MasterNodes.
We are being very thorough and also making some tweaks to the code we know will be beneficial.
With this there is a slight delay before we make the beta test public and we are running 7-10 days behind schedule.
Sorry about that, we have no plans to rush this without doing it right.

Thanks for the update BizzyB! I'd definitely wager that it's better to wait and get things right the first time rather than there are mistakes that require a fork just as MUE relaunches. that being said, taking the Dash X11 code base, I assume that MUE can make "sporks" or soft forks on the fly if something erroneous is detected to the network?

No need to rush for it. As long as it is stable, there should be no problem. Thanks for the update. MUE prices right now have been on a steady decline but relatively stable between the $0.000543 - $0.000580 mark. I hope that this would change once we migrate towards the X11 mining algo and masternodes. It will definitely attract both new and old investors alike.

Everything on the return depends on the number of MN
less MN more the return for the MN holders
more MN less rewards but stronger network.
The price not always follow the BITCOIN. There is some coins that don't fluctuate based on Bitcoin. But Bitcoin it's like Dollar one day if collapse the rest goes together.
So right now I would not be so worry about the price of MUE. and What the community it's offering and the projects for the future as well.
Once we can have the project funds we should have more services around the coins as DASH, so the price will increase no matter BTC PRICE.

Good to know about this. Thanks for the info! I'm getting very excited with the development of MUE and the amount of interest it has obtained over the last days. It will be up to buying and holding MUE for now (as price has decreased today)

I've been looking at theoretical returns based on multiple scenarios set out below.
If you discard the outliers and look at the median results I think it's sensible to say year 1 ROI for a MasterNode should be between 20-35%.
While that is a very healthy and attractive return, things get much more interesting when you take into account a growing MUE price.
Several experienced & trusted crypto traders expect MUE to easily hit 1000+ sats in the first year (not guaranteed obviously).
So when you take into consideration a ten fold increase in price (and assuming the BTC price remains stagnant) you could argue the first year ROI could be 200-350%.
What if the BTC price hits ATH over the next 6 months and is trading at $1200, all of a sudden you could argue a year ROI of 400-700%!?

Very interesting chart. This will make it a very profitable journey as MUE price increases (not to mention earnings from Masternodes as well) thus making it one of the best investments right now. Since the amount is 500k for masternodes, I would only need 235,000 MUE and I'm complete. Looking forward to the this project grow in the upcoming days.

As soon as we migrate, the price might increase as it will attract new investors into the coin (now that it will feature Masternodes). Speaking of which, will there be a service similar to Node40 (which is for Dash)? It would be pretty great to have a service where you can manage your Masternodes in the cloud and earn rewards directly towards your local MUE wallet.
