Am I getting this right: Google Play store gift cards are not available in these Southeast Asian countries, so if you dont have a credit card you cannot make in game purchases, so with the gift cards sold by your local partners, one will be able to make stuff in game?
Yes that is correct, the Moo Store enables our local partner game credit cards to work with games developed on Unity
