Because you not unzipped the file, you should download the archive again and move all the files from the archive to a folder on your disk and run it.
in next dayI guess you need to fix it as soon as possible as high POS is given out currently
Incase you miss staking now i guess you will be at huge loss
So try contacting developer who is online and fix the issue
You need to extract the files before trying to run the wallet.
1) Download 7zip here: http://www.7-zip.org/
2) Install it
3) Right click the folder PosEx-2.1.1.0.7z
4) Hover over the new 7-Zip option
5) Click on Extract Files...
Following those directions will give you a new folder named PosEx-2.1.1.0 (without the 7z behind it). Open that folder, then open the folder within named PosEx-2. You will wind the qt file that will run now that it has been extracted.

Revcoin has bought few PEX and currently transferred the same to desktop QT
I can see Min Stake age is 1.5 hours o i guess sooner are later we should be getting stakes
