You can easily use "Coin Control"
(Menu Settings -> Options... -> Display -> check the lower checkbox)
Then you will be able to choose which inputs should be used for a transaction. Just don't touch the 50000 address and everything will be fine.

How can I compile this CLI? I have not seen it.
I think in the CLI you don't explicitly need it, because the transactions are always defining the input(s), is that right?
