second : signature campaign just only for the people who have no such level just like jr member or member or new guys,also for people who
is not activite or do not wanna republish or do sth for MTNC.

I don't think the trust summary is a respectable basis to do your review on. I've been following some developers and a lot of them get negative trust from people who didn't believe in their projects and so on. So imho it's better to review everybody yourself then to just trust the trust system Wink

No you can participate in the airdrop, if you fulfill a bunch of rules and then you get 50,000 MTNC, which is necessary to run a master node in this network.
