 Shocked
Fix it please. This is not a 100 billion coin.
1 - 10000 is more logical.

Yup, there's already a coin (or a few) with PHI as the short name. Nautilus seems like a very promising coin whereas those coins..well they aren't really going anywhere. So I am sure it can just take PHI but if possible a new one should be thought up.

Only one pool is finding all the blocks.. why there are not other pools yet? Is it good for coin to have all the hashrates on a single pool?

This looks to me to be a most promising looking new altcoin. Smiley  Correct me if I'm wrong and this does already exist , but I have not ever seen a wallet that with 1 click whips up a new receiving address and scan image like this one. Looks very simple , but great potential here. Does seem off to me and confusing to use PHI as acronym - someone did a phicoin with same at some point a while back. Suggest NSC , NLS , NAU , NAC ...etc.  Stabilization fund is interesting but needs to be exactly explained for everyone as to how it will work , but as i understand it , the premine will be liquidated at some point and the proceeds will be cycled directly back into the market? So essentially , a promise to sell off the premine at some point , then point some type of a trading bot at the market with the backing of the btc from a sold premine , which will proceed to place buy and sell orders from then on? Since this is more/less what happens on many coins anyway , and a great deal better than a dev taking the btc from a sold premine and putting to other use , I think I am good with that , especially provided if it's handled with transparency re total initial coins sold and btc gained / btc put into stabilization fund , with ideally the ability to see ongoing records of trade history of the stabilization fund. I'm pretty sure it would qualify as a first to have a verifiable stabilization fund created from a premine. If we don't get in on the details of the stabilization fund , people may question if all the btc from the sold premine is being put toward supporting the coin's volume. Have been mining on pool from block 150 or so with my nothing rig of 1x 6850 but still , almost 100 of these Nautiluscoins. Would take any freebies of course Smiley NLcmDJpNXFa6DKfSiGLHPSVgopD1gSBoMW

I will post every transaction the NSF makes and every planned transaction. The goal is to be completely transparent. We should begin trading today and have posted the plan on the website.  Also will post history of every trade.

The plan is to have 100,000 coins constantly circulating to support the market - that is on the upside and downside - steady measured growth...just like a nautilus Wink

hey 0feepool, what do you mean by this:  You don't need to creat new workers, just mine, we'll automatically creat it ?

Hi, It means you just need to register and can skip the step of "Add New Worker". For example of cgminer

cgminer --scrypt -o stratum+tcp://phi.0feepool.com:4005 -u youraccount.WorkerName -p WorkerPassword

You can use anything about WorkerName and WorkerPassword without creating it.

If I were to create separate workers for separate rigs, would that still work?  Lumping different miners into the same worker can create inefficiencies.

Whether or not you creat worker, It runs fine.:-) Your cgminer account is made up of two parts, your web login account and workername.

-u yourwebloginaccount.WorkerName -p WorkerPassword

The step of "Add New Worker" is add the the green part. Now, you can skip it. You can also login and Add New Worker, just like other pools.

How do you get the wallet to sync? Do you have to add a .conf file? How should it look?

Thanks

NEW NautilusCoin POOL!

Faster Stratum engine based on Node.js!

DDOS Protection

Dedicated server with 16gb Ram - 8 Core processor

Join us and spread the hash! no registration required, just mine directly into your wallet!

http://nomp.thecryptopool.com

stratum+tcp://190.143.38.247:1164 -u nautiluswallet -p anything

I am having issues with a script on this website causing my browser to crash and I have to stop the script.

Also, its showing total shares at 20,000+ but my miner shows I have over 90,000 shares.

So I am kinda confused as to why that is...

Edit...  I did however just receive my first payout.  Thanks

We need to get a more active community in here. Here are some things that I would propose to do so:
-Edit the announcement. At the current moment, it explains very, very little about the coin. It is not very beginner friendly. I'm sure that the @Digibyte devs could help you come up with a more eye-catching, informative announcement, and I can help as well.
-Use your position on CNBC to your benefit. Advertise as much as you can. Also, that status can be the key to convincing more exchanges to let us on quickly.
-Push towards getting on exchanges, so that merchants can see the value of this coin and start accepting it.
-Use your connections to get certain technologies incorporated in Nautiluscoin (Debit cards, gift cards, credit cards, something that can be physically used?)

Ideas for the ANN:
-Include wallet download links
-Include a direct twitter link
-Put a list of pools on the page
-Possibly put the .conf file on the 1st page
-Include good info about the coin
-Highlight the reasons for people to use this coin
-Links to exchanges

also, it looks sketchy with the "Suspicious link removed" line. Try to see what you can do about that

What do you think?

Great ideas!  I have plans to implement many of them, but need community support.  I have fixed parts of the announcement, in particular the suspicious link.
-I have a list of pools on the website
-the .conf file is on website
-debit cards and reasons to use are in the works

Let me know what you want to know about the coin, ie "good info"...I will provide anything I can.

Thanks for the support!

We've just found our first block! keep the hashes coming!

http://nomp.thecryptopool.com
Payouts are proportional to the shares received, when a block is found, the server waits until the coin matures and then pays out to the miners.

P2pool is different because payouts are sent without being matured and they need to mature in the miner's wallet and the whole payout system is different.

How do the payouts work in this type of pool?  I started mining but am confused as to how the payouts work.  Is it like p2pool?

Ok thanks for the info.   Is there anywhere on the site to check to see what miners payouts are?
