Older payouts are stuck, I am manually sorting through the DB and paying out miners the coins they mined. Some autopayouts are going out but not all.

Has the block reward dropped to 2.5 for miners? That 100% would prove the dev is lying about no MN rewards, if the reward is down to 2.5 Can someone else confirm? If this is right, not only is the dev stealing 50%, he's lying about it as if no one would notice.
