Yeah thank the dev for lining his pockets by making the pre-mine seem small at 1.25% but then setting up a MN to take 50% of all rewards while it takes forever for anyone else to get 1000 coins.
It won't take forever, you can buy the rest of the premine on exchanges eventually.

What? You're going to take a 50% dev mining cut (basically, from MN reward) before anyone else can make a MN? That seems blatantly unfair.
