The crowdsale will be capped at USD 600,000 so it might reach its cap on the 1st day itself.
1) We are still debating if there will be a day 1 bonus.
2) The Newbium token will be tradable immediately after the crowdsale is finished. If the cap is reached on the 1st day....then trading will start on the 1st day as well.

Interesting, but I'm still not totally sold on the name. I might be wrong, but associating somehow with the 99% non crypto community may be a stretch.
The whitepaper will make the reasoning behind the name a bit more clear. Do bear in mind that we hope to migrate a large part of this 99% onto the Newbium platform one day.

NXTTY is a failed project,why do you believe this can success?
This is a completely different market & product....also, we have learned quite a lot since we 1st launched Nxtty. We hope to use that hard earned experience to make Newbium a success.
Also, the social chat & encrypted messaging technology we developed for Nxtty will be integrated into Newbium.

The 51% is not for the dev team but for the Nxttycoin community. The 51% will be held and the long-term distribution method will be determined by community vote.

I would not describe Newbium as a crypto platform but rather a platform which integrates cryptos into something larger.

The Newbium crowdsale will be capped somewhere between USD 500,000 - 800,000.
Breakdown of the coin distribution:
40% - crowd sale
9% - rewards for bounties, campaigns, swaps & strategic partnerships
51% - will be held, pending a vote by the Nxttycoin community on long term distribution. The vote will take place sometime after the crowd sale is finished. These coins will not have any immediate impact on the Newbium market.

NXTTY to Newbium (NEWB) Swap Plan
1) 100,000,000 NXTTY representing 10% of the NXTTY coinbase will be swappable.
100,000,000 NXTTY for 1,000,000 Newbium (NEWB) Tokens.
Ratio - 100 : 1
So if you swap 100 NXTTY you will receive 1 Newbium (NEWB) token.
2) Current holders of NXTTY will be able to swap 20% of their NXTTY holding for Newbium.
