Post you config.json file too.. might be the ports that is not setup correctly..
hmm) where is it?

I don't have such file. not in /ethminer, not in /eth-proxy.

by the way
I use stratum and genoil miner on other RIG, and it work fine.
I copy it to my current rig and get this problem.
win 8.1

Hi,

I rented some hash to point at BitMinter. I keep getting "Rejected at pool" ever few minutes. The speed it shows it is hashing at is some times 10-15TH more than what the speed at the pool is showing on the NiceHash web site.

Also, on the NiceHash website, I keep getting this error:
"Remote pool terminated connection. Trying to reestablish soon" on the established bridges.

Is there anything I can do to remedy these issues that you know of?
Thank you for any help! Smiley

Well im going to check this morning and see if both the cards are running and giving me my hashrate if i run into trouble ill give you a screenshot. On a second note i've been mining for like an entire day and i haven't seen any ethereum get transferred into my balance like it does on all the other currencys, does this take longer to go through the system? Or maybe it just doesn't show up in the balance and goes directly into the wallet?

I fixed it, sortof... i ran 2 seperate folders with 2 seperate nicehashminer instances all with the same settings except 1 card was enabled on both instances that were different and i got my hashrate to read properly, idk what it is. Tried 2 seperate workers hasn't shown up on website yet.

Well now im having the issue where i have 2 graphics cards on ethminer they are both 7950s and they only read 30 mh, they should be at about 60, also it reads that on the site. I have a 7950 in another computer and it does slightly better than both of those according to the site but on my miner it goes around 25.

Can you screenshot the ethminer console.. that should tell you the real speed it is mining.. the NiceHashMiner is getting the speed from the proxy and the values do fluctuate a bit in the beginning but settles down (but still there is some fluctuation) after a while..

I'm so outdated with this thread, so eth is now supported by nicehash nice to know that but reading the prev replies stating that there is some problem with the hash rate, can you please update us here OP, and to those who are mining eth is this possible to do this using a laptop with a nvidia gpu? thanks for your kind responds I hope this one can be profitable to us.

The new Nicehashminer is calculating wrong. The benchmark say both quark and ethereum has 71.000 kh/s, when I press start it goes to eth and starts mining. The problem is that I only get about 34.000 kh/s. This makes eth mining less profit than quark that run at 71.000 kh/s. I´m going back to last version that calculates profit correct.

What do you mean both get 71.000 kh/s (I'm assuming 71MH/s?) and suddenly you get only about 34.000 kh/s?

Yes 71MH/s is 71000 kh/s. Benchmark show 71MH/s on both Quark and Eth. When I start the mining nisehashminer pick Eth as the most profitable and stars mining but I only mine with 34MH/s. At that speed its not the most profitable.

The benchmark is reporting wrong speed and the fix is to manualy put in 34MH/s in the json and it now works as intended.

May I know what Windows are you using?

Win 10

There's someone else with this problem (https://github.com/nicehash/NiceHashMiner/issues/36#issuecomment-193107134)

This is most probably due to this problem reported by many users: https://forum.ethereum.org/discussion/comment/20468/#Comment_20468
Some how the benchmark is reporting the wrong speed..  Undecided

ethminer.exe crashes on startup of Nicehashminer (before running benchmark or starting the miner)
What dependency am I missing, or is this normal?

Can you make sure that the file is unblocked as mentioned here:

Well, i got it to run and startup and do it's thing thanks to you Cheesy, In the last version i couldn't set that by just going to the individual algorithms but it looks like that works alright now. I guess ill just use msi to turn up my clocks? Thanks for the quick responses. I was also having an issue with sgminer getting stuck and restarting when mining x11 here's whats in my debug file.

Try removing "--gpu-memclock=1450 --gpu-engine=1185" from the your ExtraLaunchParameters. That is for sgminer but is not supported on ethminer.

mh, eth miner don't work.

It starts, then you can see "creating DAG". When I have about 27% it restarts and start again with 0%.

Can you help me?

Can you post the log file preferably to [email protected] for further analysis.

Thanks.

Yup i'm using 7950s, i'll see if i can even get the logfile because the thing doesn't crash it's just open stuck on benchmarking even if you hit stop benchmark it doesnt do anything until you right click the program and close it.

Also this is in the debug not sure if its the same as log? But this is what happens when i run ethminer benchmark.

Hey there, i downloaded the new 1.3 and whirlpoolx, blake256r8, blake256r14, and ethereum can't be benchmarked or run. Any info on that? Thanks.

Are you using an AMD card? If yes then for the whirlpoolx, blake256r8, blake256r14 algos, there's no demand on NiceHash and there for you can't do any benchmark as sgminer does not have any benchmark option builtin. For ethereum you would need to send the log file to [email protected] after the failed benchmark for further analysis..

Thanks.

Try removing "--gpu-memclock=1450 --gpu-engine=1185" from the your ExtraLaunchParameters. That is for sgminer but is not supported on ethminer.
