Yup i'm using 7950s, i'll see if i can even get the logfile because the thing doesn't crash it's just open stuck on benchmarking even if you hit stop benchmark it doesnt do anything until you right click the program and close it.

Also this is in the debug not sure if its the same as log? But this is what happens when i run ethminer benchmark.

Are you using an AMD card? If yes then for the whirlpoolx, blake256r8, blake256r14 algos, there's no demand on NiceHash and there for you can't do any benchmark as sgminer does not have any benchmark option builtin. For ethereum you would need to send the log file to [email protected] after the failed benchmark for further analysis..

Well the port forwarding doesn't work all i know is one computer works if i have it set to dmz and have it as the host, and the other computers i have to make a .bat file and run it without the miner. I haven't messed with any of the port settings in nicehashminer but the thing wont benchmark or run through it on any of my other computers. Also when the ethminer benchmark fails the nicehashminer just freezes and you need to close it and restart.

I'll try and see if i can get it going tonight but it looks like i'm not the only one with this problem lol it's even posted on the github that the etherminer crashes on startup which i'm guessing is why i have to mess with my routers ports.

I'm not sure what problem you are having but you should not have to do DMZ on your router AFAIK.. the ports for the proxy is 4051 and for the miner to connect to the proxy is 4052..

For right now the Genoil's ethminer does not support CUDA mining on nVidia3.X cards as it will not submit anything.. it could run with OpenCL but somehow I am getting really slow hashrates.. if I am wrong please do tell me.. 

Try setting your router to DMZ which will open up the ports, we probably need to port foreward nicehashminer but i dunno what the ports are for the program or if you just need to foreward the ports from whatever nicehashminer uses for ethminer.exe

You should not copy the old config for lyra2rev2 cause the extra launch parameters have changed in the new sgminer.. it will give you HW errors as far as my testing goes..

It will usually take about 10 minutes or so to create the DAG file..

The nicehashminer runs at different speeds compared to the website its like 30mh where it will read 50-60 on the website, so check the website for your actual hashrates because they are the accepted speeds.

What do you mean both get 71.000 kh/s (I'm assuming 71MH/s?) and suddenly you get only about 34.000 kh/s?

Is there any reason why the nvidia 3.x cant mine Ethereum? I mean I've  done it with the other miners via command line/batch files and yet its not shown on your latest niceminer...

BTW it can mine all the  Blake256 versions...

It seems to only do it if you can't connect through your router. If your only mining on your main computer go to your forwarding settings and go to DMZ and make your computer the host (not really a networking guy i just know this works for me), as for other computers on the same router i've been able to run etherminer standalone with a .bat file with these details

As for location i just put usa myself

ethminer.exe crashes on startup of Nicehashminer (before running benchmark or starting the miner)

Well i figured out the ethereum, my ports were blocked i changed the settings to DMZ now it works but i need to foreward ports for all my other computers >: any idea what the ports would be on nicehashminer for ethereum and the miner itself? , as for the other algorithms they just say terminated, any info?

How are you even getting it to start? I can run mine if i make a .bat file and run it by itself but i'd like the program to switch to it, i got mine to create a dag and mine no problem, but the program seems to crash the ethererum.exe for me.

i also have problem with the 1.3.0.0 version. quark benchmark was skipped and lyra2rev2 was 100% rejected even when I copy configuration from previous version.

and how much time it takes to create the dag file for ethereum? i have pentium g3220 cpu, 8GB ram and 2x radeon 280x.

mh, eth miner don't work.

It starts, then you can see "creating DAG". When I have about 27% it restarts and start again with 0%.

Well, if the synthetic benchmark for your configuration yields in wrong numbers, you can still enter correct speed manually by editing config.json or by GUI Setting management tool.
