Dear users,

Our mining software page includes a comprehensive set of software downloads as well as usage instruction for successful and efficient mining with CPUs, GPUs and ASICs. You'll find downloads of pre-built binaries for sgminer (AMD GPUs), ccminer (NVIDIA GPUs) as well as enhanced firmwares for popular ASIC mining devices. Links to source codes are included as well, together with short instructions for building mining software and configuring some miners. Hopefully you'll find our software page useful and will make mining even easier and joyful. Check out the new software page here.

Keep on hashing!

Best regards,
NiceHash team

Question with the nicehashbot.

It keeps crashing on any windows pc I run it on, so I want to set it up to automatically stop and start after a set time.
That part is all set, but :

When you start nicehashbot.exe, it pops up the window confirming your API key and needs you to click 'OK' to start.
Any way to remove this so I don't have to click 'OK' every time. This is pretty useless as my API key never changes.

Anything?

We need more info to go on, what is the error message exactly? And mail your current orders.json and settings.json files to [email protected].

Seriously. Just like in the PMS with you, do you actually read and comprehend the questions placed on this forum and messages?

I asked a simple question.
The fact that your nicehashbot crashes on EVERY windows 7/8/10 desktop I test or ran it on after a random amount of time, is a problem I did not ask about as I've mentioned it before and you deflected it blaming everything else but your software.

So got a mining question, using an older BFL jelly miner, and its using bfgminer 4.8 / 5.3 both 64 bit versions, both are starting at the correct hash rate ~ 7 gh/s then as they get switch between pools us/eu servers the hash drops to > 1 gh/s. is this normal for this pool? I know renters can choose their hash rate, are they slowing down my miner cause its been rented?

** Update  *

The slow down is happening on alt coins currently is showing ~ network diff is 2.2 ph/s on some coin, not btc coin.. humm

Try adding additional parameters for pool (with latest BFGminer):

stratum+tcp://sha256.eu.nicehash.com:3334/#xnsub#skipcbcheck

or for USA location

stratum+tcp://sha256.usa.nicehash.com:3334/#xnsub#skipcbcheck

It would be better if you reported why is it crashing. Submit an issue on github and explain in as much details as possible.

Dunno how to tell why it's crashing, it just says it stopped working and exits out. Happens on 3 different Windows PC's.
It'd be easier to remove that darn 'OK' button since the API never changes unless I want it to.

Also, I am trying to modify an existing order in nicehashbot. Done it before, no biggie, using the correct orderID, etc, but on my status screen in nicehashbot, now it lists 2 orders for the
same orderID and it is using up BTC form my wallet, yet no extra hashes are going to my pool from the duplicates....?

I am PM-ing you a screen shot of what I mean.

I feel better after my rant. Nice hash is trying very hard to provide a quality product and I am quite happy with the returns that I am receiving on my sold hashing power.

I an sad because if the queing mistake not been made I would've already made 20% return simply by using the service. I am sure that even under the current circumstances I will make an acceptable return.

I am trying to mine on x11 on the usa server and I get stratum recv line failed, connection interupted every so often. how do I stop it from happening this does not happen on other pools.

Depending on your hardware and software, you need to use xnsub enabled software to eliminate reconnects.

I am a regular user of nicehash and have found that orders do not get filled correctly based on what the nicehash devs say. Example: last night I put in an order for 1.0. With a maximum of 2gh. I never got the 2gh filled yet below me there were orders of 0.8 completely filling up to 3gh and their order was placed AFTER mine. No explanation. I have brought this up before in this thread but nice hash seem to ignore it.

And nicehash, don't give the 'pool is unstable' thing because it happens with no matter what pool I'm at. Even with 100% efficiency on the pool

Your order id?

Next time, make a video. Occasionaly, we get claims similar to yours, but with no proof provided. It is of course possible, that there is a bug not know to us yet, but we cannot chase bugs on pure speculations - we need proofs.

I have not been able to login to the site in the past 12 hours. Keep getting Maintenance messages.
Is there any problem to be aware of?

We had several maintenance periods, but should be ok at this moment. Please, verify whether it is working for you now.
Has the mining service been offline as well? My credit for the past 22 hours is well short of the daily rate I have received recently.

Yes, for approximately 1 hour, stratum servers did not work.
As of now, the web page is showing a credit which is approx 10% of my normal daily rate, this would imply that I have received credit for only about 2 hours out of the past 24.
If the stratum was off for only 1 hour, I should have received about 95% of my normal daily rate.

There was one extra payment. Check on your stats page at the bottom where are payments.
Ah, OK, I see it now.
thanks for the explanation and sorry for the trouble.
