Its strange my BFL monarch 700gh/s card running on cgminer 4.9 with no extranonce subscription is running with 0% rejected. What gives?
Have you tried this firmware for your S4:

Hello. I use a miner SGminer 5/1/1 with your website. He is set to multialgo. But when digging neoskript I get ONLY HW errors. Here is my batch file

Getting consistent 10% rejected speed, I have Extranonce subscription. Running S4 on a cgminer 4.9. On other pools I get max 0.4% rejected. This really sux nicehash.
Try both stratum.westhash.com and stratum.nicehash.com (it depends on your miner's location - see https://www.nicehash.com/index.jsp?p=gstarted).

Last time we had this it was Paycoin.
Yeah, It keeps going crazy high. My max is 0.0115. Maybe it's noobs "trying" the renting game and heading for failure.
Someone is paying 0.02!!

You can use solo pool from West/North America as well, solo pool is well network connected.

My miner can't connect to stratum+tcp://stratum.solo.nicehash.com:3336 for Dash mining, but perfectly works with multialgo at westhash. Anybody else have connection problem with Dash solo mining?
If you're using sgminer try disabling extranonce ... it hasn't yet been implemented in solo pool mining software:
