This seems to be an issue with our multi-algo processor on new system ... working on it now ...
Fixed, multi-algo should work correctly now.

After the maintenance today I canceled an order and now the remaining coins in that order are gone...balance 0.
No coins are gone, rest assure. We have upgraded accounting system to dramatically increase orders and transaction processing in the online wallet. Some transactions have been redirected to the old system, but everything is accounted for, don't worry. If you believe your account ledger is not accurate, please write an email to [email protected] and let us know your account username, order # and amount of BTC in question. Thanks for understanding!

Yes, this is a security requirement for the accounting system upgrade. It is actually wise to re-generate your deposit address once in a while - this goes for all systems with on-line wallets!

I see that in statistic on main page x15 is most profitable now (greatly) - but rigs mine x11 - cause x15 multiport 4339 is closed.
If I restart miner - it mines x11 again.
If I direct miner to x15 not-multiport 3339 - it mines without problem.
I use sgminer v5 compiled from git about 1-2 july

i have a problem
my 6 rigs mining on nice hash
they mine and they are ok but after couple of hours
1 or 2 of my rigs getting lower hash rate
for example it mining on 15 mh and after couple switches between algos and hours of mining
hashrate of cards will drop from like 3mh to 300kh and for 12mh rig im getting 1.2mh total hash
after restarting miner it will initials kernel and back to normal
it happens randomly
any ideas??? how to fix this issue

sometimes it fails to connect on multi-ports, try to connect your rig on single port
today it fails on multi-port with KessaK coin, so I switch to manual port
