This is only the second time the algorithm has ever been used, so hard to say. It's very cool and efficient though. I like it. There were rentable FRESH rigs when the first FRESH algo coin came out, I'd imagine some could be gotten ready pretty fast?

Does not really matter, blocks are empty anyway until the difficulty is fucked up by rented rigs.

The premine is only 2% (much less than most miners make with quick rigs)
