This is something that is nice, the update always occurs, where it indicates that the team always strive for the best for this project, I hope the team will be doing more marketing and also might add NYX to larger markets. The market probably won't change as much during only a couple of upcoming weeks, but the plan has solid foundations so the market status shouldn't hinder it's progress too much.

After switching to POS rich will get richer and poor will have no chance to get rich .
with POW if i have million coins the only way for you/me to get richer is for price to rise .or if I'm poor i can start minning and get rich .

No not the atomic swaps (please dyor what this is and means). The Ghost Protocol will provide privacy and anonymity. Please make sure to read about the Ghost Protocol in our whitepaper.

2) NIX Platform never sold any NIX since it has not done an ICO

I am sorry but this is bullshit. I could say the same with PoW. The rich can mine more since they can pay for more hashing power and or hardware. PoS on the other hand will give everyone a fair chance to earn some additional NIX without the need to own hardware and or hashing power.
and please read the whitepaper first before you come with conclusions.

If the team can create a platform for the level of security that they planned, then the project has a future.
