Mined for the last 8 hours with 56 h/m and not one block... I'm starting to wonder if the miner is even working. CPU utilization is at 100% on all systems.

When I had it as genproclimit=-1 i.e. having NoirShares use all 32 threads all I found was stale blocks.

You will find blocks using genproclimit=16 especially as difficulty has now dropped to ...
