Looks like a bug. Try again from one of ur accounts to another several times. Do u see it's in unconfirmed?
No, I don't see any transactions in unconfirmed tab.I've tried three times, changed deadline to 1 hour and still nothing
Maybe u r not connected to nodes with recent version. Make sure that 88.198.210.245 is not blacklisted.

Yes, seems so. Wait for the blockchain reorg. Or delete all *.nxt files and relaunch the client.
can someone put a step by step instruction for mining this? is it gpu or cpu?
1. Get some coins to ur account
2. Wait for ~24 hours
3. Unlock the account to keep generating new blocks (rate depends on ur balance)

Is it obligatory to create a new empty account and send coins to if from the account created online according to previous instructions?
Or can I still use the same, my "first" account to which I've claimed my coins?

Yes and no....You can use the same acount but its safer to make a new one on your local client becaus your password could have been recorded/safed/hacked when entering it on the online client.
Its unlikly I would guess, but better be on the safe side
