Win32 builds of latest snapshot made with microsoft compiler and Qt 5.3.2:
AMD64 | x86
As usual for windows builds, binaries are signed with Thawte Code Signing certificate.
These builds are providing all changes available since release of 0.4.4.6-update9 version. The most significant change is resolving stake miner issue, which prevented a proper utilization of some transactions. There are also some minor changes in the RPC calls, getnettotals command has been added.
Official release is planned a bit later.
P.S. At this moment we're considering usage of microsoft compiler for all official Win32 builds.

what's wrong with the blockchain?
it's slowed to 1 new block every 27 minutes??
what's going on...and on top of that network hash is down along with difficulty. the time should be decreasing not increasing.

When the network hashrate falls the time between blocks increases because the difficulty hasn't adjusted to the lower hashrate yet. This is what's happening at the moment. There's nothing wrong.
I dd not see any details in the OP about how often difficulty is adjusted - where can I find that?
