SaniaNET has many times offered a proposal to divide and assign between the Russian community the funds allocated to Sergey (RU) for advertising.
I read messages on Russian DISCORD more than 5 months. SaniaNET behaves like a child, he does not want to look at official sources, he requires insider information, and he constantly complains.
SaniaNET just last week found out that the official site has information about the $PAC team.
He wanted to use the $PAC community to vote for some of his coins, of which he is a representative.
From the reports on the work done, it is clear that Sergey (RU)helps development and popularizationof the $PAK, and SaniaNET only wants to harm.
Reading his messages in the Discord, I do not understand why they have not blocked him yet, he is an enemy of the $PAC. He only heitit and criticizes.
SaniaNET also repeatedly mentioned that he would sell his entire $PAC as soon as the price grew a little, after which he promised to publish here information (evidence of fraud $PAC) that would kill the $PAC Coin. According to him, he will do it as soon as he sells all of his $PAC.

Any serious and advancing project has people who are either unhappy with it (and say it out loud) or are outright against it, since they e.g., support competition. That is perhaps not “nice” for one’s point of view, but it is rather normal. I would be worried if $PAC would not have anyone against it.
If SaniaNET has any evidence of anything that is not obvious and is relevant to $PAC, he can bring it forward, why not.

Without knowing any details, I would first point you to the publicly available $PAC whitepaper (English version can be found here: https://www.paccoin.net/PAC_White_Paper_2018.pdf, Russian version can be found here: https://paccoin.net/wp-content/uploads/2018/08/PAC_White_Paper_RUS.pdf). As stated there, the major aim of $PAC is to become the most efficient and user-friendly cryptocurrency that is available globally. Results of these efforts can be observed almost daily in the #important-news channel of the $PAC discord server, sometimes even more than once per week. Other relevant information is publicly available in the whitepaper and the website as well. I would also add that really “unique” features of a blockchain cannot be produced on daily or even weekly basis – without wanting to downplay the obvious technical innovations and “breakthroughs” that are still happening, the blockchain technology is stable and as such it is slowly but surely coming down more to what you do with the blockchain and how you tweak the tech to your needs.

Some community members are reporting that their wallet proposal tab has some proposals not listed. Please check your desktop wallets to ensure all proposals are listed in the proposal tab. You can compare your wallet's list to the list of proposals at https://www.paclyfe.net/governance
If not all are appearing in your wallet, you need to close your desktop wallet, delete the governance.dat file and reopen the wallet - it should all sync up and it won't affect your masternode(s) or wallet's functionality.
