After the October fork, the proposal voting pool is still catching up with the changes. To resolve this situation cleanly, our ENTIRE masternode community must re-cast their votes as soon as possible - deadline for the next superblock in only a few days away.

Unfortunately, many masternode owners simply do not vote and allow various proposals to be voted through - this adds unnecessary downward sales pressure on our project. Rofl Dev just proved what ive been saying all along in his comment above " all exchanges which are still using the old wallet " and that they stole Alot of coins from investors/long term holders of PAC in there date swap but coin still running of same chain..

Proof that coins were just stolen and resold on the markets by the devs....Its not like they return your pac u sent if you missed there changed swap time line ( 3x changed ) not just at the 1000:1 swap but also the 4000:1 but i bet 90% in the 4000:1 swap 95% of coins were stolen and resold on the markets..

Good devs would of swapped clean but nah these guys made mistake of doing it to old trusted guard of crypto and stole 30billion pac and thought nothing would happen..

The bigger issue isn't this scammie dev team its actuly that the so called GOOD exchanges allow devs like this to conduct this way on there exchange like topia/tradesat and others. Even after advisement and proof of devs scammie ways....

Amateur hour dev's they are.

Basically u dont do coin swap stealing from old investors some of which paid 1k per old paccoin to lower vol to then making it minable to make more coins...
Pro devs would of done full clean swap like HUZU swap.. Kiss

I think nubcakes to crypto will learn in time and old guards try to teach to avoid but some people have to learn the hard way to really learn.

Which wallet are you having issues with - mobile or desktop? If desktop, are you using the newest version of the desktop wallet (0.12.5.1)?
The issue can be solved quicker if you visit the $PAC discord server (invite: https://discord.gg/Bx2HKfy) and ask for help in the #paccore-wallet-support or #mobile-wallet-support channels.

Which wallet are you having issues with - mobile or desktop? If desktop, are you using the newest version of the desktop wallet (0.12.5.1)?
The issue can be solved quicker if you visit the $PAC discord server (invite: https://discord.gg/Bx2HKfy) and ask for help in the #paccore-wallet-support or #mobile-wallet-support channels.

im use desktop version.use last version.

Then please check if your wallet(s) is/are on the right chain: visit http://explorer.foxrtb.com/ and check the block number against the block number in your wallet under "Tools > Information".
If the block number matches then your wallet is working correctly. If it doesn’t match please go to "Tools > Wallet Repair > Reindex".
Is the transaction status "in memory pool" or "not in memory pool"?

Please try closing your wallet and then opening it again. Do wait at least for 30 minutes to see if the transaction starts confirming.

Your wallet has to be on the same block as the explorer mentioned above. If they are not on the same block, your wallet is on the wrong chain and, therefore, cannot send $PAC to anyone.
Please check if your wallet(s) is/are on the right chain: visit http://explorer.foxrtb.com/ and compare the latest block number (in the "Height" column) to the block number in your wallet under "Tools > Information".

check tools> information cuurent number of block to range is latest block number.block for wallet smaller than latest block.

Before you proceed, please create a backup copy of your wallet.dat (and masternode.conf if you have masternodes) just in case anything should go wrong.

now problem , im update paccoin to new version , vesion v0.12.04 to v0.12.5.1 , im wallet balance 9351 , but after update new version balanc 3279 . rounds walet 9351 /rounds 2 , whtas problem?
