Very important!
I've detected a BUG when trying to download blockchain caused by blocks 17729,17731 and 17763, because they have a lot of operations included (more than 15000 operations!) and downloading algorithm does not work properly.

Today I'll publish a new Build correcting this issue, but meanwhile, if you cannot connect, try downloading BlockChain from WeTransfer and copy it in PascalCoin database folder (C:\Users\(My User)\AppData\Roaming\PascalCoin)

Download BlockChain:  https://we.tl/zdFspbXDUk

Note: This issue only affects users trying to download blockchain when starting Application after installation or after some hours off, if your blockchain is over Block 17763 you don't need to download from link.

Hello dev, can you give us your opinion on when will the coin hit the markets?Aside from the 40 years mentioned previously or you were serious?

OK, up and running for a day or so on my I7 6700 and have received 600 coins.
Fired up my other PC using port 4005, no blocks as yet. I've set both wallets
to 'generate new private keys' since I got no block as 'always mine key'. Set a
password on this key as it has 100 coins, tried to send to another account and
it is asking to unlock and when the key is clicked, nothing, any suggestions.

I don't think that your private key has impact on your chances for picking up rewards.
More likely you got lucky because of miners upgrading, but I could be wrong.

just downloaded 1.0.6
running on win7 it got stuck on reporting last block as 15 hours ago, while also auto mining at the same time :p

had to force quit it, it froze up.

on restart quickly turned allow mining off.

then synced ok.

Any way to check net hash rate?
Block times are getting longer and longer.

Would be nice to see the network hashrate directly in the wallet ! thx

Per aspera ad astra
despite using 32 bit win, but I am very happy, because they can still get a few blocks in 2 days Grin

What is your hashrate?

Anyone working on a linux version?

In version 1.0.6 dev says that "Source code modified, starting compatibility with Lazarus and FPC".
So this means that he is focusing on Linux porting.

A general question, when the client says 4 miners @ 2500 KH/s, is that per miner or a total of the miners hashing? Eg is the hashing 4x 2500 ~10,000 KH/s or simply 2500 KH/s?
Simply 2500 Kh/s, is a total

Thank you for the clarification. I noticed that on two different machines but with identical cpus, one box mining on 4/8 cores was getting a higher hashrate than the other box mining on 8/8 cores.

Both boxes running Win7 64bit but the first was an instance on Xenserver while the second is running on VMware ESXi. I'll have to investigate further as why the esxi box is performing less than the other host. Or it looks like I'll have to change both boxes to Xenserver  Wink

After changed ThousandSeparator to FormatSettings.ThousandSeparator ...

compiled Ok in Delphi XE5

when run , got an error in UBlockChain.pas
Code:
  if length(Result)<>32 then begin
    raise Exception.Create('TargetFromCompact result length<>32 '+inttostr(Length(Result)));
  end;

after delete the code, application ran Ok.
