i did mine to local wallet,then i sent it to stocks.exchange,but so far not in wallet there.

When all current DOBs will be used, will there be new ones next month?
As soon as depositary weight wil reach 100% nobody can open new deposit until someone's deposit will ended. For example the first deposit of 9th type currently will ended at block 755650. So somebody will be able to open deposit of 9th type at block 755651 but not earlier

When you open depository slide down and you can see available deposits.Something is clearly not the case with your wallet. There can not be as many zeros in the balance.

You can't, just like any other offline wallet of any coin (I know).
When you set password for a wallet, you must save the password. If you lost it, you lost all.
If you still have hdd and .txt file deleted on it, try to recover from hdd https://www.easeus.com/data-recovery/data-recovery-software/free-hard-drive-recovery-program.htm
This is available for any coin around, not just pegascoin.

I really like Pegascoin! In less than one day 105 PGC is added to my deposit of the 9th type. Of course deposit weight is 67%, but 70 PGC per day is very good too if the weight will be 100%. I think it will be at least 10$ for PGC till June 2018. And if smartcontracts will be realized on Pegascoin blockchain it can easy reach 100$
