So earthcoin was and is a 2% Permine. Penguincoin is a .4 Permine. Did you see the decimal point? Do you understand it?

2. you check the outstanding section which saids "1646814821" thats how many coins have been mined all together including the premine.
3: The premine is 0.4% and it cannot get any larger than that, check the block explorer and do the math.

all mined coins so far - 1,646,820,653
that will make premine almost 25% of all mined coins so far. just wait for it to hit the major exchange..
