I think that antiinstamine blocks are too less. Do a hard fork and make them 200000000000000000..... at least.

Guys 1st 1000 blocks are 0 rewards, please GUYS do not bomb it with hash. < 5MHS just to move chain past 1000 blocks is all we need. If you guys blow it up with loads of hash, diff will spike and then it will be minutes between blocks.
