What you mean is Pow will be ended soon and PoS going to implement successively? Seems the good news for miners, not all everyone.
It's good for all, miners (can sell their coins at high price), Masternode holders (higher rewards for masternodes after PoW ended), stakers (they can stake), and developers (get money mainly due to budget fund will be activated).
As you can see in the OP of Vsync project's announcement, 90% of block rewards will be allocated to Stakers/MN at all PoS phase, the rest 10% will be allocated to Vsync project budget system. It is good proportional rewards for MN's owners. (

At the moment, I am not sure (and maybe devs of Vsync not sure) which exact proportions for both MN and Stakers, but 90% for both of them is good generally.
Furthermore, since the 8th phase of PoS, block rewards will be decreased to 19 VSX, then next two phases are 11 and 3 VSX, respectively. That means around two more years from now, Vsync will reach to almost zero inflation due to PoS block rewards. You can calculate the amount of time needed to reach 8th phase based on information in the OP (Blocktime, current number of block, and starting block of 8th PoS phase).
