Platinumbar website says official exchange is Bitsquare. Im a fan of Bitsquare. If true that is awesome. Although I dont see XPTX listed on it yet. Maybe in next update.

We stated at launch that the premine was going to be 10%. We are going to maintain a 10% premine.
Re-distributing the coins above 10% is an option. But, we feel that people coming back and posting "this coin was a 20% premine when they stated 10%" isn't something we want to deal with, even if the coins above 10% were distributed to the public.
Once block 18K hits, we'll know the final number.

If Dev team need to keep 10% of the total supply, they need to burn some coin!!
They start in mind with a total supply for this coin at 100,000 XPTX then they premine 10% (10,000 XPTX)
Now they forget about what is this coin Hybrid PoW/PoS.... and after 15,000 blocks the total supply is moneysupply" : 46480.09239969

Devs, dont burn more coins, use that to signature campaign or giveaways, we need more people know about XPTX.
Is very rare, we need that coins, no matter if that guys dump, we always can buy that dumps and hold more.

Waiting PoW end to see what happen with this coin, Dev team promise nothing. But they show their honesty by already burning some coins.
But now PoW end is near (only 3K blocks left), maybe it's time to start to promote it!

at first day my cost mining for 1 XPTX is around 0.002
