  To Whomever owns this thread.  The wallet download links in the op need to be updated to the latest version.  They are pointing to the 1.3.1 version.

Those funds are locked in your masternode, you can probably still send them but in coin control they are locked because otherwise they would be split into staking blocks. For the best up to date guide you should probably get on discord and look there. That github tutorial may be outdated.
