It is time to buy guys as many as your pocket allows you because big investors will jump in the game and then bye bye to cheap tokens. In my opinion we will see effect of this billions dollars deal in few days as usually happens. It will be slow to put the remaining weak people out before starting the rally which will be huge rally.

It's not necessarly stupid, big PPT investors are taking advantage of the volume to take their profit. They might even compete with one another. It's all about risk management to cash out parts of the profits at the right time.

At current price PPT token is still very cheaper comparing to where it has been for weeks. It will be doubled in first jump once the news spread away well of these partnerships. It is like last chance to buy and secure your big share of the profit in future as time isn't much to do action.

On a positive note (I believe), I was reviewing etherscan last night and somone purchased 800k PPT and 16k VERI in a 22 minute span. Total value of the wallet is approximately $4.5MM. Investors that have this amount of wealth generally don't make such investments without a deep understanding of the company / project and its potential.
